2021 Registration Manual Update

July 28, 2020

There have been some changes to the 2020-2021 Registration Manual that was circulated at the beginning of the month. First, Swimming Canada has changed the name of the Non-Competitive Category, it is now called Pre-Competitive. The Registration Manual has been updated to reflect this change and can be downloaded below. The RTR system will also be updated for the new season to reflect the new name. Second, there is a more detailed explanation on how to sign the Acknowledgement & Assumption fo Risk Forms in the RTR system. The RTR will be the only method to sign the forms this coming fall, which will allow Club Registrar’s to keep track of who has signed the forms. If you are developing your registration procedures for parents/guardians in the fall, this is an important update.

2020-2021 Registration Manual (Updated July 28th, 2020)

A quick note for Club Registrars, the annual RTR shutdown will begin on August 24th. If you have anything to do in the system, make sure to have it done before that date. You will be able to access the system again once your Club completes the Club Registration process. Swim BC will have access to the system again on September 1st and will start activating accounts for registered Clubs at that time.
