Physical Literacy Information

This is for coaches who are interested in gaining expertise on the dry-land side of coaching. BC Athletics has a program called Run, Jump, Throw. It is designed to teach the basics surrounding those specific movement patterns. Better athleticism in our swimmers will translate into better results in the pool. So if you are interested in further developing your dryland program, two opportunities are up-coming.
Athletics BC has two Full NCCP Certification Courses for RunJumpThrow occurring in the
first weeks of March. One is in North Vancouver and the other is in Kamloops.
