Canadian Premiere of Missy Franklin Documentary - Touch The Wall

The Richmond Rapids Swim Club is proud to present the premiere Canadian presentation of Touch The Wall - a feature-length documentary which chronicles the journey of two swimmers - the veteran Kara Lynn Joyce striving to make her third Olympic team, and new phenom Missy Franklin - on their journey towards the 2012 Olympics in London.

To be clear, this is not just someone playing a DVD off their laptop in some multipurpose room at the local rec centre; rather, this is a major theatrical presentation at the Riverport Silver City in Richmond, BC (the giant movie theatre complex that you pass every time you visit WaterMania).

Members of the Richmond Rapids worked diligently to obtain the Canadian presentation rights to the movie and wish to share the experience with as many members of the SwimBC community as possible.

The screening takes place at Silver City at 6:00pm sharp on Thursday, May 14, 2015, with doors opening at 5:30pm.

Tickets must be bought in advance, and only through the Richmond Rapids.
