Women in Coaching Luncheon

As part of Swim BC’s commitment to supporting equity and leadership development in our sport, we’re pleased to host the Women in Coaching Luncheon at this year’s Coaches Conference. This event is an opportunity for female coaches to connect, share experiences, and engage in meaningful dialogue around the unique challenges and opportunities women face in coaching.
Whether you’re early in your coaching journey or working toward a head coach role, this luncheon offers a supportive space to network, build relationships, and hear from mentors and peers who are leading the way. We encourage all women in coaching roles—regardless of experience level—to attend.
