Swim BC is guided by a vision to develop, deliver, and promote programs and services that enrich the competitive swimming experience for all members across the province. Our mission is to ensure that every swimmer has access to quality coaching and officiating, a diverse range of competitive opportunities, and—most importantly—a safe and enjoyable environment in which to thrive.

The BC Swimming Congress brings together club leaders from across the province to collaboratively elevate the standard of swimming in British Columbia. It provides a platform for sharing ideas, learning effective organizational leadership practices, and celebrating our collective achievements. By fostering dialogue and exchanging knowledge, the Congress strengthens networks and identifies opportunities for growth and innovation.

The goal of the Congress is to promote connection, understanding, creativity, and progress among members and stakeholders. It aims to build a more unified and resilient swimming community—one that works together to overcome challenges and deliver high-quality programming for all.
