BC Coaches Selected for Women in Coaching Development Program at Pan Pacific Championships

Swimming Canada has announced the appointment of two British Columbia coaches to its Women in Coaching Development Program at the upcoming Pan Pacific Championships.

Jy Lawrence of Pacific Sea Wolves and Sarah Rudolf from the University of British Columbia were selected through a national application process, representing two of just three coaches chosen from across Canada. Their selection reflects demonstrated coaching excellence, athlete impact, and strong potential for future leadership in high-performance environments.

Launched earlier this year, the program is designed to provide meaningful exposure to national team protocols, competition planning, athlete preparation, and the mental and physical demands of performing at a major international championship.
