2024 Junior Pan Pacs

British Columbia swimmers have been showcasing their talent and dedication on the global platform in Canberra, Australia. The 2024 Junior Pan Pacs commenced today in Canberra, Australia, with five BC swimmers representing four different BC clubs. Marc Tremblay was selected as a team coach to accompany and guide the Canadian team.

• Representing Olympians Swimming Club and under the guidance of personal coach Coach Brian Metcalf: Julia Strojnowksa took silver in the women’s 1,500-m freestyle, taking more than five seconds off her personal best with a time of 16:37.72 and Leilani Fack’s team won silver in the mixed 4×100-m medley relay, combined for a time of 3:49.16.
• Representing Kelowna Aqua Jets and under the guidance of personal coach Marc Tremblay, Aiden Kirk placed 9th in the 800 freestyle.
