Congratulations to BC’s Fernando Lu!

Congratulations to BC’s Fernando Lu of the Langley Olympians on his performances at the Parapan American Games in Santiago, Chile.  Fernando won a silver medal in the S10 50 free with a time of 25.28 and a bronze medal in the S10 100 fly with a time of 1:01.31!  Great job Fernando!
