Swim BC is seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to lead our technical team as Director, Coach and Performance Development. This role plays a key part in supporting the development of coaches and long-term athlete pathways across the province.

The position focuses on coach development as a foundation for swimmer progression and aims to assist member clubs in meeting their performance goals through a sustainable and effective development system.

Key responsibilities include working with stakeholders such as viaSport, CSI-Pacific, and Swimming Canada, providing leadership on the provincial competition model, supporting coach certification, and contributing to the organization’s strategic direction. The Director will report to and work closely with the Executive Director to meet the needs of Swim BC’s membership.
