Nicholas Bennett breaks 4 Canadian Records at Canadian Swimming Trials

Nicholas Benett (Ravensong Aquatic Club) broke 4 Canadian Records during the 2022 Canadian Swimming Trials last week. He broke the S14 Long Course Meters 200m Freestyle, 100m Breaststroke, 100m Butterfly and 200m Medley. Nicolas was selected to represent Canada at the World Para Swimming Championships. To Swimming Canada he said, “I feel like my training has paid off at this point. Swimming in my first national meet in over three years, it feels great to have this under my belt.”
