Date: June 18th
Location: Albert Dyck Park – Abbotsford, BC
Start: TBC (Registration 10:30 am / Start 12:00 noon) All Competitions will be finished by 3:00 pm
Course Specs:
- Age 11-12 1.0km
- Age 13-14* 2.0km
- Age 15 & Over 5.0km
- Masters swimmers 3.0km
*Note: 14-year-old swimmers have the option of entering the 15&O 5km race.

Reminder about Water Temperature and Wetsuits Rule:
- Under 16 degrees – No Swim
- 16.0 to 17.9 degrees – Wetsuits Mandatory – wetsuits to cover torso, shoulders and down to knees at minimum.
- 18.0 to 19.9 degrees – Wetsuits are Optional – Shorties and Farmer Johns are allowed in addition to full wetsuits.
- 20.0 degrees and above – No wetsuits permitted.
