RTR – MISSING MEETS AND RESULTS

Coaches and/or Meet Managers need to log into their Meet Manager RTR account and make sure all their 2022-2023 sanctioned meets are listed.

We are finding that since the RTR came back online, there have been a few meets/results files missing.

If a club finds that one of their meets is missing, please send to Carrie Matheson (carrie.matheson@swimbc.ca):

• Copy of sanctioned meet package pdf (sanction number included)
• Copy of the results file (.zip)

Swim BC is able recreate those meets and upload the results files.

Account Pending Swimmers & Results 

Coaches, all swimmers that attended a sanctioned meet this season are required to complete their registration again so that those swimmers’ results are link again to their RTR accounts.  Please review and contact your swimmers/families as soon as possible.
