ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 90 DAY NOTICE

June 30, 2022

Swim BC will be holding our Annual General Meeting at 1 pm on October 1st, 2022 at the Westin Resort and Spa in Whistler during the BC Swimming Congress. In accordance with the by-laws of the organization, each Member Club is encouraged to have a representative and a coach attend the meeting. Member Clubs are required to be fully registered with Swim BC to have voting privileges.

Please mark the date and time in your club calendar and plan to attend. The AGM provides the membership with a strong voice and clear hand in shaping the direction of Swim BC.
