Return to Swimming Restart 2.0 Updates

Yesterday, the Provincial Government released an amendment to the Gatherings and Events Public Health Order. This revision made some moderate changes to the sport section of the order. The changes were regarding group size. They are as follows:

• For outdoor sport, the maximum group size for adults (masters) is 50 people including, coaches, volunteers and officials.
• For outdoor sport, no maximum group size for youth (age group) and High Performance swimmers.

No changes were made to indoor sport, travel or physical distancing requirements. Swim BC has updated our Return to Swimming Chart which can be found here.
