Swim BC Board of Directors Vacancy

Swim BC is seeking interested individuals to fill a vacancy on it’s Board of Directors. The Swim BC Board is a seven person, skills / policy-based Board. Members are required to participate in committee work and contribute to 6 – 8 Board meetings per year.  Board meetings are typically held by video conference with 2 – 3 “in-person” meetings per year.  The position’s term expires in September 2024. The Board is embarking on a comprehensive Culture Review and Strategic Planning process in January 2023.

Individuals with a keen interest in shaping the direction for Competitive Swimming in BC, who are keenly interested in addressing the landscape of our sport and moving it to modern values and culturally aligned organization are encouraged to present themselves for nomination.
