OFFICIALLY UNOFFICIAL RANKINGS (SPRING-SUMMER 2021)

Due to the ongoing COVID-19 Pandemic and Provincial Health Order restrictions, Swim BC will be running a Spring – Summer edition of the Officially Unofficial Rankings. This popular initiative saw over 1,100 swimmers participate from 31 teams in our December – January edition of the program.

This initiative is an opportunity for all clubs in BC to share performances whether they are from a race rehearsal in workout, a get-out swim or one last rep in a descending set. (If a time comes when time trials or swim meets are permitted, they will also be accepted.)

With lessons learned, there are several modifications to this edition of the OU Rankings. The program is summarized below:

When:  April 26th through June 13, 2021

Where: Club training session (or if permitted – scheduled time trial or swim meet.)

Who:  All Swim BC Swimmers who are fully registered and in a Competitive Category

Events: All Olympic, Paralympic and World Championship events, Short Course Meters and Long Course Meters (Separate Rankings)

Age Groups: 10 & Under; 11 – 12; 13 – 14; 15 – 17; 18 & Over
