Island Swimming Club: Coach – National Group Lead

Island Swimming Club is seeking a passionate and experienced Coach to lead our National Group and contribute to the ongoing development of Island Swimming. With a rich history of excellence and community connection, Island Swimming serves over 900 swimmers throughout Greater Victoria. Our vision is Swimming for Excellence in Life, and we are guided by our core values: Leadership, Commitment, Integrity, Athlete-Centred Approach, and Community.
The National Group includes swimmers ranging from Divisional to National level. As National Group Coach, you will work closely with the Director of Swimming and assist him on the pool deck for a few practices each week. You will be responsible for delivering a great training environment for all athletes and supporting club-wide programming and culture. This is a full-time position ideal for a coach with energy, initiative, technical expertise, and leadership.

WLBF: Lead Development Coach (Juniors + Fundamentals)

Williams Lake Blue Fins is seeking a dedicated and organized coach to join their team in a leadership role. The successful candidate will lead the Novice, Super Novice, and Junior groups, playing a key role in the development of both swimmers and junior coaching staff. This position is ideal for someone passionate about technical coaching, long-term athlete development, and mentorship.

Senior Assistant Coach – Kelowna Aquajets Swim Club

The Kelowna Aquajets Swim Club (KAJ) is seeking a Senior Assistant Coach for the 2025-26 swim season commencing September 1st, 2025. The Kelowna Aquajets is a not-for-profit swim club that provides competitive and learn to competitive swim programs in Kelowna and West Kelowna. The club is governed by a volunteer board of directors, and managed by our head coach. KAJ is a 325 + member club operating out of 3 pools; the H20 Adventure + Fitness Centre, the Johnson Bentley Memorial Aquatic Centre and the Kelowna Family YMCA. This position reports to the Head Coach. We are seeking a motivated, enthusiastic and innovative individual with strong coaching skills. This individual must work well in a team setting and be open to mentorship from the senior coaching staff.
