Paul Bergen Jr. International Swim Meet

A very small contingent of Team BC swimmers attended the Paul Bergen Jr. International this weekend in Beaverton Oregon. The meet featured international teams from Germany and France as well as many British Columbia and other provincial Canadian teams.

Nicolaas Dekker, RAPIDS was a finalist in the 100 and 200 Butterflies, finishing seventh and eighth respectively. He also swam the consolation final of the 200 IM. Justin Chan of UBCD placed fifth in the 400 Freestyle in addition to his consolation placing’s in the 100, 200 and 1500 Freestyles. Sterling King, PGB, took seventh spot in the 1500 Freestyle and made consolations in the 400 Free and 400 IM. Maran Kokoszka RAC stroked in to the consolations of the 100 and 200 Backstrokes.
