Rationale

14&U girls and 15&U boys becomes an educational stage. After experiencing the technical focus of the Regional camps at 12&U/13&U, they can move on to applying those skills during the Prospects camps.

Support changes at the Youth level with more racing opportunities to help swimmers adapt from Age Group to Senior swimming.

Junior level will have training and competition support as well as mental skills development through the dry camp and follow up sessions.

Shift towards directing more support at swimmers over the age of 14 in accordance with athlete development model and the reality of the ages of international swimmers.
